Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Orchestrapay, LLC ("Orchestrapay", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and dashboard, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal data more generally.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They let a site remember your actions and preferences (such as staying signed in) and help the site owner understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels; we refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy.
2. The categories we use
We group cookies into three categories. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the site cannot function without them. Analytics and Marketing cookies are only set if you consent to them.
- Strictly necessary — sign-in, session security and remembering your cookie choice. Cannot be switched off.
- Analytics — measure how the site is used (which pages are visited, which features are used) so we can improve it.
- Marketing — measure and personalise our advertising and attribute sign-ups to campaigns.
3. Cookies we set
The specific cookies below may be set. Some third-party cookies (for example Google's) are only placed once you consent to the relevant category.
| Cookie | Category | Provider | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Session / refresh token | Strictly necessary | Orchestrapay | Keeps you signed in securely across Orchestrapay pages (HttpOnly). | Session / up to 30 days |
| op_consent | Strictly necessary | Orchestrapay | Remembers your cookie preferences so we do not ask again. | 12 months |
| _ga, _ga_<id> | Analytics | Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) | Distinguishes visitors and measures site usage. | Up to 24 months |
| _gid | Analytics | Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) | Distinguishes visitors over a short window. | 24 hours |
| Advertising identifiers | Marketing | Google and advertising partners (via Google Tag Manager) | Measure ad performance and personalise advertising, only if you consent. | Up to 24 months |
We load these third-party services through Google Tag Manager and apply Google Consent Mode, so that measurement and advertising tags respect the choice you make below until you allow them.
4. Managing your choices
You can change your preferences at any time. Doing so updates which non-essential cookies are allowed going forward.
You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or remove cookies and warn you before one is set; blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the site from working. To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, you can install Google's browser opt-out add-on.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date above.
