Payment Processing Notice
Orchestrapay provides the secure payment technology behind the checkout you are using. When you enter your payment details, Orchestrapay processes them on behalf of the merchant you are buying from in order to complete your payment. The merchant, not Orchestrapay, is the seller of the goods or services and is responsible for your order, delivery, refunds and customer support.
How your payment information is handled
- Your card and payment details are transmitted securely (encrypted) and handled in line with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
- Card verification values (CVV) are used only to authorize the payment and are not stored.
- We route your payment to a licensed payment provider (for example a bank, card network or payment gateway) to authorize and settle it.
- To help prevent fraud, we may process your IP address and approximate location and check the card's issuing details.
Your privacy and your rights
For payment data we handle on the merchant's behalf, the merchant is responsible for your privacy and is your first point of contact. To exercise privacy rights (such as access or deletion), please contact the merchant you purchased from. For details of how Orchestrapay processes data, see our Privacy Policy. Questions about your order
For anything about the product, price, delivery, returns or refunds, please contact the merchant you bought from. Orchestrapay cannot change or refund an order on a merchant's behalf.
