How Brazil pays
Brazil runs on Pix. The Central Bank's instant payment rail, launched in 2020, is now the country's most-used payment method, moving money account-to-account in seconds by QR code or a key (phone, email, CPF), and it already rivals cards for online checkout. Alongside it, Boleto BancΓ‘rio lets shoppers pay a bank slip in cash or via their banking app, reaching those who prefer not to put a card online. Cards run on Visa and Mastercard plus the domestic Elo and Hipercard schemes.
The detail that decides checkout here is installments ("parcelado") β Brazilians routinely split card purchases into interest-free monthly payments, and a checkout that can't offer them converts poorly. We cover the full mix: Pix, Boleto, and cards with installments, through local acquiring for higher approvals, with the real (BRL) settled into your base currency, FX and the Central Bank's rules handled by locally licensed partners.

Everything it takes to run payments in Brazil
Local payment methods are only half the job. We carry the operational weight β acquiring, settlement, FX, licensing and reconciliation β so you can treat Brazil like any other market in your stack.
One integration, every local method
Connect once and reach every card scheme, wallet, bank rail and installment provider in Brazil through a single API β no separate contract or integration per provider.
Local acquiring, higher approvals
We route to local acquirers and retry failed payments across alternate rails, so domestic cards and wallets authorize at local rates instead of being declined as cross-border traffic.
Settlement, FX & repatriation
Collect in the real (BRL) and settle in your base currency. We handle the FX conversion and the local rules for moving funds out of the country β the part most global merchants underestimate.
Licensing handled locally
Process through our locally licensed partner entities. You launch without standing up a local entity or chasing a payments license of your own.
Payouts & reconciliation
Pay out to sellers and process refunds on the same rails you collect on, and reconcile every flow β pay-in, payout, refund β in one ledger, in local or base currency.
Fraud, disputes & compliance
Real-time screening, chargeback and dispute handling, and KYC/AML that matches local regulator expectations β built in, not bolted on.
